Our new shifter for the 09-15 CTS-V has been a long time in the making, but for good reason. We have spent countless hours designing, machining, and testing to manufacture the very best shifter on the market for these vehicles. Our new shifter includes innovative features that are unmatched by other shifters on the market. First, we wanted the shifter to be aesthetically pleasing. This has achieved that with materials like aircraft grade stainless steel and anodized billet aluminum. We also wanted to reduce the throw. We have about 30% reduction in throw over the OEM shifter. A major flaw in the design of the OEM shifter was the sloppy shifter cup. Our shifter does not reuse this and has been designed with a precision shifter cup. Weight of the shift knob and stick play a huge roll in how the shifter feels so we have made the entire stick heavier than the OEM unit using stainless steel. The shifter stick having so much weight helps to soak up some of the vibrations from the transmission. However, we didn’t stop there. We have added a vibration dampening section to our shifter to further improve the vibration dampening characteristics. Self-centering was another feature we wanted to incorporate so we have utilized springs to ensure the shifter has pronounced centering. The pivot ball on our shifter is accompanied by delrin bushings to give you a silky smooth shifting experience. Lastly, our shifter is offered with two stick options. By selecting the OEM stick option, a customer can maintain a factory appearance by using their OEM shift knob. Whereas, selection of the 3/8-16 allows you to run an aftermarket knob. Aftermarket shift knobs are also available for purchase.

Our 09-15 CTS-V Adjustable Short Throw Shifter completely replaces the top half of the OE shifter while maintaining the mounting design and fit.  There is no cutting, grinding or modifications that are necessary with installing this shifter; all factory retainers, boots, and trim pieces are reused
